Window Sash Lock

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 90-278 sash lock and keeper to an undamaged version of your assembly. Please note that the installation holes measure 2-1/16" from center to center. 

With that being said, your keeper looks different than ours. Could you show us an undamaged version still installed so that we can see how it attaches to the window? Thank you.

At this time, the 90-278 would be our best recommendation but you will need to confirm if the dimensions match up to your original part. If the keepers are still intact, then it would help to see a photo of one of them still installed to make sure that the 90-278 would be compatible. 

Hello! Looking at these photos, I agree with Casey's original assessment: the 90-278 looks like a great match. You just need to check to verify that the hole spacing is the same. We don't sell a version of this lock with only a 2" hole spacing and I've never seen one. Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not from their edges.

Another possibility is our 90-274, which is 2-1/4" center-to-center.

As for the keeper, both locks mentioned come with their own but as long as your old keepers are functional then you can simply ignore those. Our locks should be fully compatible.
