I need a replacement locking mechanism for a casement window. The window was manufactured by Quaker Windows. It is a Brighton Model made around 2006. The dimension on the window says 18X72. The hardware has 3 latches. They are 23 inches apart. The entire mechanism is 53 1/4 inches in length. The window cranks outward from right to left (as I'm looking out) and the lock handle is on the right side of the window. I also need the plastic handle opening cover. The color is metalic gray.

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the tie bar shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this part of your repair.
I'm also not sure if we have an exact match for the damaged lock in your photo but it reminds me of one of our Escutcheon-style handles, such as the 38-205, 38-208, or 38-209. Take a look and compare the specifications of our parts to an intact lock assembly to determine if one of these might be what you need. Thanks for posting!
