We appreciate you reaching out to us. I'm afraid your pivot shoe is too obscured by the window sash so I'm not sure what you have. Our 15-087 is a possibility but you would need to remove yours from the track and compare the specifications to confirm they match up.

Thanks for the info. To remove the sash from this type of pivot shoe, am I still tilting it to one to release the sash from the pivot shoes?
