Based on the pictures you've submitted, it looks like you have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. The difference between the two balances lies in the shoe.

Comparison of the S378, S380 and S385 balance shoes.

The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated.

If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here, you should be able to determine which one you need.

Good Afternoon,

Okay, I need the series S380, however, I am not sure which of the options below would be best. I have no idea what the sash weight is. The only thing stamped on my channel balance is UB 28D. I don't have a scale, so I can't weigh the window itself. Once I know this information, can I order this directly from you and how long will it take to arrive? Can you assist? Thank you again.

Sure thing! A stamp of 28D typically translates to our 2840 option. You can always weigh your sash on a scale to be 100% sure.
