Window Sash Spring

Good Morning,

These are the best pictures I can offer. I wasn't thinking about using a measuring tape in the picture. However, the bottom fitting is 7/8", the channel is 29" long and 1/2" wide, and the window weighs 20lbs. The stamp on the channel is 28C. I have done my best to compare these against your pictures online and I think the 378 series is the best match with the 2830 option. If you need any other pictures or have the use of a measuring tape in the picture I will retake them. Thank you very much for all your staff's help.

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for posting. Your window balance can be replaced with the S378-29. Like yours, this balance has a 7/8" shoe depth.

Our 2830 stamp will likely work for the repair, but it would be best to double check the sash weigh. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 16 to 23lbs.
