Hello and thanks for contacting SWISCO. I believe we can help you replace your balances. But I will need a little more information. There should be a clip at the end of the cord that comes out of the nylon shoe; I can't see it in your photos. Could you provide a picture of this clip? This should help identify what you need. Thanks.
