Window Sash Support Balances and stops

Question

The attached photo shows an existing 33" balance (1/2"S x 5/8"d x 33L) that needs replacing for an approximate 15-20lb Certainteed slim line vinyl window approximately 13 years old.
I also need a dozen stops (shown in photo "broken stop" and the far right piece in the "spring stop" photo.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. We can replace this balance, though it will have to be a special order. Can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you a special order link and price quote for that quantity.

As for that take out clip in your first photo, I'm afraid we won't be able to replace it. I've seen it a thousand times and nothing we've ever used has worked. I wish we could supply it, but I don't think it's made anymore. I'm sorry we cannot offer anything.

Finally, for the top sash guide, we don't have an exact match, but it looks like our 18-008. Carefully go over our dimensions and let me know if you think this would work well as a replacement.
