Thank you for posting on our discussion board. Have a look at our S350-28 channel balance. This comes complete with a 19-002 balance top and 15-004 bottom balance shoe. Carefully compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm whether or not this balance is a match. If everything looks good, then you can go with our 2740 option that supports a sash weight of 19-26 pounds.
