Window Sash is broken

It measures 27" on the metal part. I don't know how much weight it needs to hold. We want to replace about 12 of them in our rental units.

This window balance is a match for either the S380-27 or the S385-27. You'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe to determine which of them is the correct series.

Our 2650 stamp will support a sash (window) weighing 26 to 30lbs.
