Window Sash model number

Question

Hi:

We are trying to replace several block and tackle window sash balances. Attached are photos of the typical balance. By going on the Caldwell site we have identified these as Apex style, but not sure how to order.

Each sash has a marking as indicated in the photos with the letters HL or IL. Otherwise the markings are the same.

They are 31-1/8" L x 9/16" W x5/8" D.

Does this come as one complete part or do we need to order several pieces to make a complete balance?

Can you provide the part number to order and the cost?

Hello, Carol! Based on your pictures, I would recommend our S380-31 channel balance. This comes with our 19-005 and 15-005 nylon attachments pre-attached. No assembly required! I would also recommend our 3030 option; two balances with this option can carry a window sash weight of 16 through 23 pounds. What do you think?
