This part is actually broken and fell out of the balance. House was built in 2008. I do not know the brand of the windows.

Please start by reviewing the 15-195 or 15-195B T-locks shoes. Both are 1-1/4" wide, but the 15-195 has a closed metal cam backing while the 15-195B has an open (see through) metal cam. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit and let us know if you have any additional questions!
