Window Screen Corners

Question

1. First picture shows the top corners of the window screen corners.
2. Second photo shows the bottom corners of the window screen corners (it's missing the 90 degree angle piece that broke). The bottom corners have a slide bar that goes in and out.
3. Windows were purchased from Home Depot approximately 15 years ago, name I believe was American Craftsman.
