I am rebuilding my window screens and noticed some of the square cut corners are broken or in bad shape. I am having trouble confirming the correct size. The bottom pieces also have a wedge to hold them into place. Dimensions shown in images.

We're happy to look into this, but we will need you to confirm the written-out thickness of the screen frame. I'm afraid it's hard to garner accurate measurements from photos of a tape measure. Once we know that, we can determine whether we have a comparable option.

Hey there, maybe I can help. Looking at your photos and these dimensions, I think our 95-206 may be worth considering. This has the same kind of clip lip in the back, and is used on 3/8" thick x 3/4" wide screen frames. Look it over and see if you think you could use this for your application.

3/4" wide seems to be a bit wide for my needs. Is this measuring outside to outside on the width of the frame? I measured the internal dimension and got 7/16.

The 95-206 is the closest corner we carry to the one you need. The measurements are shown below. You may need to trim or file the corner leg to fit your screen frame, but even then, we can't promise functionality. Keep in mind that altered items cannot be returned for a refund.
