Window Screen Corners with locking tabs

Question

I am trying to find replacement window screen corners like the ones here.  They have a tab that you push down in order to release the top of the screen from the window frame.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. I've had trouble finding this corner. Would it be possible to see a picture of it out of the frame? Can you also tell me the width and thickness of its legs? Finally, what is the thickness of your screen frame?
