Window Screen Pins - Replacement

Hi, I'm trying to match the metal window screen pins attached in the photo. There don't seem to be springs unless someone removed them previously. Best I can measure is that the metal pin itself is 1 3/8" long and bullet end diameter is 3/16" at widest part. The white plastic piece is 1/2 " long. If there is no exact match, anything that works will do for me as I need to replace lots of them throughout the house.
