The 59-270 Foam Screen Spline would be the next size up.

I have old window screens made in the 50s or 60s that has a spline opening of 1/4". The old spline seems to be loose when installing screen in the frame. I've been told that .250 should work, but it still fills to loose when installing. Is there a larger size that has enough flexability to work?
