Hello, do you have this seal that goes around the glass part of the windows?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to start by seeing a clear end profile photo of the seal that you need uninstalled. It looks like you need a type of glazing bead to hole the glass inside the sash frame but we will need to see the end profile to narrow down your options as shown in the video below.

We also see the channel balances shown in your additional photos from time to time but it would need to be a custom order since we do not carry them as stock items. Also, please note that our replacements will only work if you can reuse the metal clips that anchor the channel to the pivot shoe, which is no longer available.

If so, we will need to see the stamp code on the metal channel to determine the spring strength needed for your replacements. We would also need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Lastly, see the dimensions of the metal channel below to confirm they match your specifications.
