Window Seal for Aluminum Framed windows

I have attached photos of vinyl window strips I am looking to replace/repair on my 28 yr old windows. The windows are in pretty good shape but these vinyl snap on strips have become brittle and frayed. Hoping you can identify them and lead me to the right replacements.

To get started, take a look at our 55-030 beading. This was used by Capitol manufacturing on their windows with insulated glass. However, you will need to make sure that your measurements match our dimensions.
