Window Seals and Lock Assembly

Quick Learner from Mandeville, La.

Trying to identify a window seal replacement. Also 1 of the windows has a broken lock. The mechanical linkage has the name "Entry Guard TRUTH" and number "31272".

The seal dimensions are 3/8" diameter and 1/4" wide at the base.

Not sure who the original manufacturer is. The house was built in the late 90s.

Have a total of four (4) windows, 2 windows per set, on the front of the house.

Let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.

Thanks, John

Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but your lock and the internal part that attaches to the tie bar resemble the 38-099 and 38-100. Take a look and compare the specifications below to confirm.

We also offer the 39-031 and 39-032 operators depending on how the measurements compare to yours, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm.

As for the weatherstripping, we would need to see a clear end profile photo of your seal uninstalled to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Our closest match to your bubble seal would be the 58-135 but note that the diameter measures 11/32" as shown below. Look it over and see if this might work for your application.
