Window Shield parts

Home Owner from Conway, NH
Hi, I need to purchase some replacement parts for my 2 older model Weather Shield awning style windows. I need new cranks and the part the crank screws into. The elbow part of the mechanism is fine. I'm uploading some photos for identification. Thank you!

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, we will need to see pictures of the window open where we can see the arm attachments. From there we can determine the overall style for a possible handle replacement.

Please note that the spline that the handle fits onto is not replaceable by itself. If the spline is stripped, you will need a full new operator.

Once the window is unlocked, you should be able to gently push open the sash to see the arms. Thank you!

I will need to purchase two new operators. Here is a photo of the arms.

Thank you,

Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-140 or the 39-143 operators. Compare the dimensions of both to your original to confirm a good fit! Also see the 39-114L for a compatible handle.

Let us know what you think and if there is any discrepancies.

Thank you for that information. I also need to purchase 5 new operators for Weather Shield casement windows. I am uploading the photos of those now.

It would be best to see the base of the operator, but at first sight, the 39-171 and 39-172 style comes to mind. Please review the dimensions to confirm a good fit! Let me know what you think!
