Could you please help me identify these parts. I have not been able to identify replacements anywhere. They have no numbers on them that I see. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for contacting us. See our 15-175 pivot shoe, Series 152 coil spring, and 26-226 pivot bar. I'm not as sure about the pivot bar, since yours is damaged, but for all three parts you should carefully compare out pictures and dimensions to your own hardware to confirm that they match.
