The metal piece measures 14.5 inches.

We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order since it's not a stock part. I hope that's okay. The good news is that your photos tell me everything I need to know. It's .25 inches by 1.125 inches. I would like 2 of them. I will add more photos. It's the silver piece. It hooks into the side of the wall.

This clip isn't made anymore, though it can be replaced with our 62-108. Just note that this is only going to be a temporary measure; when these clips fail, it usually means that the balance spring is either failing or is at the very least at the end of its lifespan. You're going to have to replace the balances sooner rather than later.
