The company that made your window hardware is no longer in business, but we believe you can use our 15-118 pivot shoe and S600-29 spiral balance. You will need to weigh your sash to determine the best tip color.

What kind of responses that if you read my description and look at the pictures he would see what I need and I bought stuff from you in the past many times I think the 900 series not a 600 series that I need

Based on the style of your balance, I don't think it's the Series 900. When you're measuring the diameter, make sure you only measure the outer tube. The diameter of the naked spring itself is not what determines its size, only the outer tube. Just by eyeballing your picture, the naked spring looks to be 3/8", which would mean the outer tube would need to be larger.

I'm very familiar with your old style shoe. They don't make it anymore. I've personally used the 15-118 to replace it many, many times.
