Question

My window is tilted, the moving panel weight is 30 Lb,my spiral is 3/8" with 26" length, is I can replace the 3/8 with 5/8.

Thanks for writing in! Given the 3/8" diameter, you'll need the Series 900 Spiral Balance. Your spiral can be replaced with the S900-26 Tilt Spiral Balance.

You'll need to select the yellow tip option, which can support a sash weighing 24 to 34lbs.
