Window Spiral Balance

My name is Larry and I work for Mr. Handyman of Northwest Austin.
I have ordered parts from you in the past.

The length is 30 3/8 inches tip to tip.
Orange plastic piece at the Spiral exit of the tube.
The letters KRAO are printed on the galvanized part of the spiral balance.

Hi Larry, thank you for posting,

Your spiral balance resembles either the 3/8" tube diameter Series 900 or the 5/8" diameter Series 600. These are for tilt in windows. When measuring the length, only measure the length of the metal tube. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!

Thank you for your quick response to my inquiry. The diameter of the tube measures 3/8" and the length of the tube is 29"

Please review the S900-29 spiral balance. I cannot confirm from the picture, but reference your original to choose the correct colored tip that indicates the strength of the spring to support the window sash. Let me know if you have any additional questions!

I believe we haven't figured out. The tip on the existing spiral balance is orange. The S900-29 looks like the correct one. I need to order 22 of these and any special tool that is needed to adjust and install this spiral balance. How do I proceed?
