Window Spiral Balance Top Needed

Would you happen to have this plastic piece? The top broke off that the screw went through.

Hello, Richard. This top isn't available by itself. I'm afraid that you'll need an all new balance.

If you need help identifying what balance you need, please tell me whether this is a tilt or non-tilt window. Please also tell me the diameter of the outer tube. Note that the outer tube appears to be missing from the balance you're showing here, so you'll need to measure a balance that still has it.

This is a tilt window and the diameter of the outer tube is 3/8
The outer white tube is 25" long with the metal piece protruding 1 1/4 " at the bottom that slides in the shoe
I will post pictures that might help too

Perfect, thank you! Based on that information, I recommend our S900-25 spiral balance. I think this will work well as a replacement.
