I do not know the manufacturer of my windows, I am looking for a replacement of the plastic part shown in the picture.  Can you identify the part?

Thanks for your post! The top sash guide you have reminds me of the 18-161 5/8" Sash Guide. Look over the dimensions on the diagram below to confirm that this is the correct replacement.

Regarding the balances, unfortunately, I cannot use the stamp to identify the series. The stamp tells us the weight range a balance should be able to support but they aren't always interchangeable with our stamp ratings.

We can supply you with the balances you need, but I'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom attachments. I'll also need to know the length of the metal channel. See the video tutorial below for reference:

I measured the sash guide and it matches the 18-161 5/8" Sash Guide.  Would I be able to aquire this part or does it require the replacement of the entire balance?  Of course, the balance length differs from window to window.  I can gather the information on the windows that require a new Sash Guide.

The garage balance will require replacement, photos attached.
Balance length is 23"
The stamp on the Balance is 2230Z and I included pictures of both ends and clip.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your window balances can be replaced with the Series 378, Series 380, or Series 385 Channel Balances. You'll need to confirm the depth of your shoes to confirm the right series.

For the the 2230 stamped balances the length of the channel should be 23" and the 2920 stamped balance, the length should be 30". Be sure to double check.
