Windows were installed 16 years ago.
The GC was Ryland Homes.
Sub Division is Bartram Springs
Jacksonville, FL

I have 20 windows, probably will order 40 balances if not too expensive.

I believe you have a match for our S385-30 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as the dimensions of these pieces match up to yours then you should be good to go.
