Window Spring Balancers

I need two window balancers for a double hung window that is approximately 51.5 inches wide and 61.5 inches tall. The sash weighs 42.5 lbs. The existing spring balancer is .5 inches wide and 29 1/4 inches long - metal section only. Need two sash clips as well.

It's hard to make out the nylon caps in your pictures. Those are the most important details. Can you take a clear close up photo of the top and bottom nylon attachments? Can you also show me a clear picture of the clip at the end of the cord?
