Window - Spring - Pulley Slides

Question

I would like to identify the window slides from the pictures that I uploaded. The slides are 28" in length on each channel and 9 /16 wide. I would like to get the cost to replace both slides and lock clips.

The balance itself is S395-28. To order on the site, you need an "option" that describes the weight. It should be three or four digits, beginning with "27." Try to find that code so you can order. If you can't find the code, weigh your window sash and compare to the chart on our site (right below the photo of the balance).
