We'd be happy to look into this for you but the balance shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. To narrow down your options, we'll need to see the pulley clip attached to an intact balance. We'll also need to know the numbers stamped on the balance and confirm the length of the channel. Thank you. 

The rod-style balances are no longer available but we do offer modern replacements. The balance hook shown in your photo indicates that you would need the S775 channel balances for your repair. It looks like your balance may measure 26" long. If so, see the S775-26. Your sash weight indicates that you'll need 26D strength options to support between 22-26 lbs. You'll also need to measure the width of the balance fitting to choose the corresponding option for your replacements. Thank you!
