Good morning my name is Kathi and I am the Site-Manager for an Apartment complex in Shiprock, NM. I seem to be unable to find this item and have contacted vendors, but, they indicated that the item is hard to find. I am needing to replace this item on several windows. Hello,
The assembly shown in your photos resembles the 15-105 carrier, which uses the S145 coil springs. There would generally be numbers stamped on the original coils that you would use to choose the corresponding strength option. Take a look and thanks for posting!

I am looking for this part, I have located the double side load carrier; however, I am not sure about 145 balance spring. I have looked at the coils itself and no where is there any indication.
I have found the lb I needed however, I am not certain if S145 is the correct coil. If you notice the coil does not have a hole for a screw to be placed in. I have attached a picture of the one I need.

To our knowledge, the 15-102 carrier shown in your photos is used exclusively with the S145 coil springs. If yours don't have any numbers stamped on them, you'll need to weigh the sash divided by the 4 coils used in your window to choose the corresponding strength options. Just let us know if you need anything else.
