Good morning my name is Kathi and I am the Site-Manager for an Apartment complex in Shiprock, NM. I seem to be unable to find this item and have contacted vendors, but, they indicated that the item is hard to find. I am needing to replace this item on several windows. Thank you and any assist is appreciated.

Hello,

The assembly shown in your photos resembles the 15-105 carrier, which uses the S145 coil springs. There would generally be numbers stamped on the original coils that you would use to choose the corresponding strength option. Take a look and thanks for posting!
