Can you help me find the right replacement for these parts? I was asked to order 2-spring set ups for a bunch of windows... I'm not sure where to start

Thanks for writing in! Your exact CertainTeed shoe is no longer made but our 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe will work well as a replacement. Be sure to carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm.
You may need to shave down the aligners on the front of the shoe so that it will fit in the window. Although, you should be aware that altered parts cannot be returned.
This shoes is compatible with the Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances; the S170 is used for the bottom coil and the S171 gets stacked on top of it. They are secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. To determine the coils needed to complete your assembly, you'll need to confirm the stamp/markings from your coil. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the sash weight and divide it by the total number of coils in the window window (in your case 4).
I've also tagged the compatible covers and balance drum below in the event that you are looking to replace them. Keep in mind, there is a wide cover and a narrow cover to choose from.
Your pivot bar looks very similar to the 26-353 CertainTeed Pivot Bar. Take a look over the dimensions and design and compare them to determine if this is the right replacement.
