Hi Team!

The spring mechanism that helps this window raise and lower has broken. I'd love to replace the pair of mechanisms in this window!

See attached photo - and if you'd be so kind, let me know what parts I should order.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us both ends and the pulley cord of an intact balance removed from the other side of an identical window, that will help us narrow down your options. We'll also need to see the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel to confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Hi Team!I was finally able to get it together to get pictures for you! We, luckily, had at least one balance that was intact. Attaching photos of it here!We'd like to order 3 completely new pairs of balances. I'd also love to have them shipped expedited, if at all possible - and if the costs are reasonable!Would you let me know what our next steps are here?Thank you so much for your help!

Thanks for getting back to us. Based on your balance configuration, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
