Although, given that it is larger than 3/8", this is likely right fit for your replacement. Since the length of the balance is 28", you'll need the S600-28.

To select the tip color option, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. There is a chart below the product description of this balance, on the website, that lists the weight range each tip color can support.
