Thanks for posting! This balance appears to have wingless top and bottom attachments, but you'll need to double check an undamaged balance to confirm. If I am correct, you'll need either the S351-14 or S390-14 to replace them.

To confirm the correct series, you'll need to measure the bottom shoe. Be sure to double check that the channel length is 14", excluding the top and bottom attachments.

The 1340 stamp option will support a sash weighing between 11 to 12lbs.
