How do you find a tilt latch and a thumb knob to go with it ?

I am afraid we don't have a replacement for this particular internal tilt latch and sash lever combo. You may be better off seeing if you could convert to surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229. The video below goes into detail.

Do you know what solution this individual went with? I have the same type of latch.

Unfortunately we never heard back from the original poster; however, the results pretty much stand the same. The best bet with discontinued internal latches is to try and convert to a surface mount type, as the video above shows. In addition to the 26-228 and 26-229, the 26-193 and 26-194 are another pair that could work for this process.
