I can not find any window latches that match this size. Can you help?

Our 26-243 and 26-244 are similar, but I don't know what size you need. I recommend carefully going over our dimensions to confirm if they're the same. If the measurements differ in any way, let me know exactly how.

My maintenance man said that they are about an inch to long.

I'm shocked to hear that. I would have him double check his measurements. We don't have anything in this style that's a whole inch shorter than the two I recommended, and even just eyeballing your pictures I feel like that's inaccurate.
