Manufacturer is out of business, cannot find replacement part.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid we don't have an exact replacement for your tilt latch. The 26-126 is the closest thing we have, but I think the 'tooth' might be too far offset in the housing compared to your old part, and may not work for you because of it.

Your other option is to substitute this latch for another surface-mounted option like our 26-193 & 26-194. You would have to drill new holes, but this may prove to be the most reliable solution. Let us know what you think.

Yes, this is the same conclusion that I arrived at after viewing your site and parts offered.
