Window Tilt Latches

A home owner from Florida says:
I was wondering if you could help me, I have this window lock that just fell apart cracked and I was wondering if you had the part and if you could help me with maybe a video of how to install it. There's a spring under it I'm not sure where it goes, there's three screws and they're still attached but the whole casing just completely came apart from the screws. Thank you for your help

This looks like our 26-431P Combo Tilt Latch pair. Look over the dimensions to confirm. For your old set, I'd still unscrew everything and see if that lets you lift the whole latches off the window, mechanisms and all. The replacement pair comes with everything included.
