Window Tilt latch

I have a bunch of windows in the new house I purchased with broken window tilt latches. Many have both broken. We do not want to buy all new windows for such a small component part. However the ones I find at Home Depot and Lowe's are too wide and thick, don't fit the angled piece in the latch and are no where near long enough. It is about 3.5 inches not including the latch. Most I find are less than 3inches.
