Window Tracker Replacement

Questions:

I need to replace the push-pull window tracker with stamp 3250, the channel length is 33", the track also have another number
32 5 BM CMC
32 5 FU CMC 2
32 9 CW CMC

What are those number 32 5 xx yy mean.
so, which one is the correct replacement part.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I can't ID your balances from these photos. I will need to see photos of the top and bottom fittings as shown in the video below.

The numbers stamped on the metal channel tell us the spring strength the balance is calibrated for. Can you confirm if the balances with the 32 5 and 32 9 stamped balances are from the same or different windows?

Based on what I see here, I believe you may have either the Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. It looks like the wings broke off on one of the top fittings but please correct me if I am wrong.

For the 32 5 stamped balances, you will need to select the 3250 option. Your 32 9 stamp, however, is outdated and doesn't match any of our options. With that said, you will have to weigh the window sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the S380-33 and S385-33 product pages to determine the best option for your replacements. 

Please note, the balances on both sides of the window should have the same stamps. Just something to keep in mind.
