Window Weather Strip

Looking for replacement window kerf bubble weather strip. Original was foam filled in bubble and around kerf. Dimensions look to me to be 5/16" bubble, 1/4"x3/16" kerf. The kerf is a hard plastic. Do you have a replacement that will work? Thank you so much!

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the seal shown in your photos. Our closest option would be the 58-055 bubble seal but we can't make any guarantees since it is a different style. Review the dimensions below and see what you think. Thank you.

Well it's very close. But are you sure the width of the "v" that actually fits into the window kerf is really only 1/8"?
That seems to be the most important dimension.
Do you have anything closer to 3/8"?

Unforutnately, we do not carry a closer match to your seal with a 3/8" wide kerf base. I'm sorry we won't be able to supply a closer match but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.

No. The existing weatherstrip I have, the "v" looks to me like 3/8". But your replacement says it is only 1/8". Seems like that wouldn't work?

You are correct that the smaller kerf would most likely not be secure when installed but Casey is correct that we do not carry a closer match with a thicker base. We apologize for the inconvenience.
