Bubble seal is 6/16" and 6/16". 3/16" is the slide width. Is 58-182 right product?

As long as your wool pile measures 3/16" x 3/16", then the 58-021 should work for you. As for the foam seal, your dimensions are not precise enough for me to confirm. I also can't tell what you have based on just a tape measure.
