Window Weatherstripping for Shelter Casement Windows

We don't have this exact weatherstripping type, unfortunately. It looks very similar to our 58-056 at first glance, but this seal is made for doors, not windows, and compared to your dimensions it would be way too big.

Instead, you may want to consider something like our 58-170B. The design is a little different but its measurements are closer and it installs the same way. I think it's a promising option, but look it over and see if you agree.
