I have patio sliding glass windows Perfexion by Norandex that have missing weep hole covers per pictures enclosed. Can you help?

Thanks for posting. See the 26-186. This is a good fallback option that can fit a lot of weep holes. See the specs below and the video that shows how to install it. See if it could work for you.
