Window Won't Close
Thanks for posting! The casement operator you have here is the 39-032, its opposite side is part 39-031. Look over the dimensions from part 39-032 and compare them to your existing operator to confirm that this is the right replacement. Let me know if the measurements are not a match.
The compatible cover is part 39-107 and the crank handle is part 39-114L.
There is a chance that you may need to replace the hinges. If so, I recommend taking a look at part 36-048. It is likely that you hinges are slightly different than ours however, they should still work fine as a replacement. Keep in mind you may need to drill new holes to install them. Be careful not to hit the glass, if you do decide to install these hinges.
You'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinge to be sure that they window will continue to work properly and these can be used for the left and right side of the window.
