Our windows are original installs from 20 years ago. Several of them open with misaligned and one or both of the channels don't seem to be engaged. Please see photos. Not all the windows are the same size. This is just one of the channels. Thanks.

Hello!

I'm afraid I'm not able to ID what you have from these photos. Can you show us a few shots of the top and bottom fittings? I can narrow down your options once I have that.

Please see additional photos. If I can get the same spring that would be great as this mechanism is not moving.

Thank you kindly for the additional photos. Take a look at the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balances. The depth of the bottom fitting is the only difference between them. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. I also recommend the 2930 option based on your old balance's stamp.
