Window arm bracket

I am looking for 2 of these window arm brackets for holding and opening the window brackets for this windowpane in a bow window that opens.

Hello there. This is a bit of an unusual operator bracket, but we may have a replacement. Can you show me the entire operator mechanism that work with this bracket, including the handle and gear box? That would help narrow down your potential options. Many thanks.
