Hi, I am looking for replacement arms for a number of basement window installed in poured concrete. A photo of the window and a sticker found on the side of the window are attached.

I'm not sure what you mean by replacement arms, I'm afraid. Can you show me the hardware in question? From there I'll do my best to find options for you.
